Amanda Kent
Principal Solicitor
Amanda practises in all areas Family Law, Domestic Violence and Estate Law. Amanda has experience working in both private matter law firms and Legal Aid Queensland preferred supplier law firms (Family Law, Domestic Violence, Child Protection and Criminal Law (general crime, youth crime and ‘life’ crime matters).

Amanda has represented Criminal and Domestic Violence clients in various Courts and locations around Queensland and Family Law clients in all States and major Territories of Australia.

Amanda is committed to achieving the best outcome for all of her clients and continues to further her legal education and has recently completed a Master of Laws.
​
Amanda is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and founded Resolve, Family Law Mediations, a mediation centre specialising in Family Law Disputes. Amanda is able to issue section 60I Certificates of Family Dispute Resolution.
