BrisbaneLine Lawyers are a preferred supplier of Legal Aid Queensland. 

 

Legal Aid Queensland is a government funded organisation that can financially assist you in accessing legal advice and resources in the areas of Family Law & Domestic Violence. 

​

If you wish to apply for Legal Aid you will need to complete an application form.

We also need to provide the following financial documents to us: 

• a photocopy of your health care card or pension card (both sides)

• four (4) most recent pay slips (if you are employed)

• your bank statements for all bank accounts you hold for the last three (3) months.
